Our In-Person Intensives are an opportunity to step away for a weekend and experience a unique, in-person therapeutic journey with psychotherapist Daniel Cook, amidst the natural beauty and vibrancy of Western Massachusetts.

It was a journey to get up there and it required adding extra time before and after, but I actually think that added something to the experience — it made it a special occasion. Like a mini-vacation. The nature aspect is important — good to get out of New York City, which added to the spaciousness and unhurried aspect of it.
It was great to have a different experience free from the usual 50-minute template---as well as direct, in-person presence as opposed to screen-mediated time. I appreciated all the thoughtfulness that went into everything.
