Through our commitment to health equity, we try to make our fees work for everyone. Our fees range from $230-$120 contingent on a variety of factors including out-of-network benefits, therapist availability, and your capacity to pay.

We are not in network with insurance. However, we do support clients in maximizing their out-of-network insurance if the plan allows. Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield often have Out of Network coverage which can greatly reduce the cost of therapy. We will support you in verifying your coverage.

If we were to be in network with insurance plans, we would need to see twice as many clients per week to offset costs associated with running a practice in New York City. The burden on our therapists and admin team would be too great and compromise the quality services we currently provide. Additionally, insurance coverage can change abruptly and create bureaucratic delay, which impacts consistency of care.

If you have out of network benefits, you can receive reimbursement from insurance for part or all of your session payments once you have met your deductible. We provide you with all the necessary information to submit to insurance. If waiting for reimbursement is a barrier, we also offer other options to help cover our services.

We understand that being out of network places a shared administrative burden on our clients, which is why we partner with Thrizer, a fee processing platform which can make the co-payment and claim process more convenient.  This is the best solution we have found to navigate the current healthcare system while maintaining the integrity of the services we provide.
