Carly brings compassion and a diverse educational background to support clients on their journey toward mental wellness. With a Bachelor's degree from Elon University combining Psychology and Art and a Master's in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU Steinhardt, Carly offers a unique blend of analytical and creative approaches to therapy.

She works with couples who've gone from easy Sunday mornings to walking on eggshells, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, or life transitions that feel impossible to navigate alone. Whether you're untangling relationship dynamics, exploring your identity, or just trying to make it through a tough season, Carly offers the same blend of warmth and realness.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in DBT while incorporating CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method. Every session is tailored to individual needs, integrating trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, relational, and client-centered perspectives. She believes in meeting you where you are, even if where you are feels messy, confused, or stuck. Because while Carly believes that the only way out is through, she also knows you don't have to go through it alone.

She creates a space where your challenges are met with compassion, your strengths are recognized, and your potential for growth is nurtured.

When not in the therapy room, you'll find Carly baking sourdough loaves, crocheting her feelings into blankets, or reading three wildly different books at once.
