Returning to Center: Group Meditation Class

Consistent meditation practice can have many emotional, physiological, psychological, and social benefits.  The only way to benefit is to practice. By understanding the science and technique of meditation, you will develop the tools and skills to integrate a meditation practice into your daily life.  Practicing with others can help encourage commitment and accountability to a daily practice as well as support exploring the perils and pitfalls of daily life. 

This drop in class is open to anyone who has a desire to start a meditation practice. 

Wednesdays 12:00pm-12:45pm, $10
